Detailed scope of work

1. Flow Discovery Workshop
   Clarify the user, business objective, starting point, completion outcome, requirements and known constraints.
   Output: Discovery notes
   Allowance: Up to 90 minutes

2. User & Objective Definition
   Define the primary user, intended task and successful completion criteria.
   Output: Flow objective
   Allowance: 1 user type + 1 objective

3. Requirement Review
   Review client-supplied functional requirements, fields, business rules and technical constraints.
   Output: Requirement summary
   Allowance: 1 flow

4. User-Flow Mapping
   Map the complete journey from entry to the primary completion outcome.
   Output: User-flow diagram
   Allowance: 1 end-to-end journey

5. Decision & Exception Mapping
   Define standard decision points, validation, error, empty and success states.
   Output: State map
   Allowance: Standard states

6. Low-Fidelity Wireframes
   Design the structure, information hierarchy and interactions for the approved flow.
   Output: Wireframes
   Allowance: Up to 10 unique screens

7. Responsive UI Design
   Apply the approved visual system to desktop and mobile layouts.
   Output: High-fidelity screens
   Allowance: Up to 10 unique screens

8. Clickable Prototype
   Connect the approved screens to demonstrate the primary journey and standard states.
   Output: Figma prototype
   Allowance: 1 flow

9. Consolidated Revisions
   Apply consolidated client feedback without expanding the approved flow.
   Output: Updated design
   Allowance: 2 wireframe rounds + 2 UI rounds

10. Developer Handoff
    Prepare components, states, measurements and implementation notes.
    Output: Handoff-ready Figma file
    Allowance: 1 package
