1. Brief & Asset Review
   Review the video topic, target audience, platform requirements, brand guidelines, supplied images and intended headline

2. Thumbnail Content Direction
   Define the primary message, attention hook, visual emphasis and content hierarchy

3. Thumbnail Headline Refinement
   Refine the client-supplied title into concise thumbnail copy suitable for quick viewing

   Allowance: Up to 2 headline options

4. Design Option A
   Develop the first thumbnail layout with a clear focal point, headline hierarchy and branded composition

5. Design Option B
   Develop an alternative layout using a different composition or visual emphasis

6. Image Selection
   Select the most suitable frame from supplied video footage or use client-supplied photography

7. Basic Image Treatment
   Perform standard cropping, masking, exposure correction, background treatment and subject enhancement

8. Branded Graphic Treatment
   Apply existing brand colours, typography, graphic elements and logo treatment

9. Final Thumbnail Refinement

10. Landscape Adaptation

12. Safe-Area Adjustment
    Adjust essential text and subject placement to reduce obstruction by platform-interface elements

13. Internal QA
    Check spelling, readability, brand consistency, cropping, image quality and export settings

14. Consolidated Revisions
    Revise the selected option based on one consolidated set of feedback per round

15. Final Artwork Export
