1. Video & Brand Review
   Review the approved video edit, script, brand guidelines and required on-screen information
   Output: Internal motion brief
   Allowance: 1 video

2. Super Copy Planning
   Identify the key headlines, names, facts, benefits and CTA that should appear on screen
   Output: Super copy list
   Allowance: Up to 6 supers

3. Text Hierarchy
   Establish the visual hierarchy for headlines, supporting text, labels and CTA
   Output: Text system
   Allowance: 1 direction

4. Super Style Design
   Create a branded style for on-screen text using the existing typography, colours and graphic system
   Output: Super design style
   Allowance: 1 direction

5. Title Super
   Design and animate the opening headline or video title
   Output: Animated title
   Allowance: 1 title

6. Supporting Supers
   Design and animate supporting headlines, benefits, facts or key phrases
   Output: Animated supers
   Allowance: Up to 4 supers

7. Lower Third
   Design and animate a speaker name, role or product label where required
   Output: Animated lower third

8. Basic Graphic Elements
   Animate simple brand shapes, lines, icons, highlights or callouts supporting the video content

9. Basic Transitions
   Add simple branded transitions between selected scenes where appropriate

10. CTA End Card
    Design and animate the closing brand message, logo and call to action

11. Motion Timing
    Synchronise supers and graphic elements with the speaker, music, action and video pacing

12. Motion Integration
    Composite the approved motion elements into the existing video edit

13. Internal QA
    Check spelling, timing, readability, brand consistency, safe areas and export quality

14. Consolidated Revisions
    Revise the motion treatment based on one consolidated set of client feedback per round

15. Final Video Export
    Export the approved motion-enhanced video in the original production format

Work outside the stated deliverables or allowances is quoted separately and added to the Sales Order only after approval.
