Detailed scope of work

1. Discovery Workshops
   Align stakeholders on portal objectives, users, requirements, operational needs and technical constraints.
   Output: Discovery findings
   Allowance: Up to 3 sessions

2. Stakeholder Input
   Gather and synthesise requirements from priority business and operational stakeholders.
   Output: Requirement summary
   Allowance: Up to 5 stakeholders

3. User-Role Definition
   Define the responsibilities, permissions, information needs and priority actions of included portal users.
   Output: Role framework
   Allowance: Up to 3 primary roles

4. Feature & Requirement Mapping
   Organise the approved feature set, functional requirements, dependencies and design priorities.

5. Portal Information Architecture
   Structure the navigation, dashboard, modules and information hierarchy.

6. Core User-Flow Mapping
   Map the included priority journeys and their decision, validation and completion states.

7. Low-Fidelity Wireframes
   Design the approved screen structures, interactions and responsive behaviour.

8. High-Fidelity UI Design
   Design the approved portal screens across desktop and mobile-responsive layouts.

9. Dashboard & System-State Design
   Design included dashboards plus empty, loading, validation, error and success states.

10. Portal Design System
    Develop reusable navigation, tables, cards, fields, controls, typography, colour and spacing components.

11. Priority Prototypes
    Connect selected screens to demonstrate the most important portal journeys.

    Allowance: Up to 3 priority flows

12. Consolidated Revisions
    Apply consolidated feedback within the approved requirements and screen allowance.
    Output: Approved portal designs
    Allowance: 2 wireframe rounds + 2 UI rounds

13. Developer Handoff & Design QA
    Prepare the design library and review implementation against the approved interface.
    Output: Handoff package + QA log
    Allowance: 1 handoff + 2 review rounds

Service boundary

Development, backend logic, API and database architecture, technical specifications, copywriting, user testing and work beyond the included roles, flows or screens are separately scoped.
