Commercial and production conditions

• Six-month term: Month 1 strategy setup is included only with completion of the six-month term. Early termination is subject to the remaining unamortised strategy fee and committed production costs.
• Content scope: Quantities are monthly allowances and do not roll over unless agreed in writing. One content set is one approved master concept for Facebook and Instagram.
• Reel shoots: Tier 2 and Tier 3 reels are planned in batches for production efficiency. Location rental, permits, MUA, styling, props, talent, usage rights, travel and overtime are excluded.
• Client inputs: Pricing assumes timely access to brand assets, product information, approvals, filming access and one consolidated feedback set per revision round.
• Paid media: Media budget, boosting, paid-ad management and paid usage rights are excluded unless separately quoted.
