2. Calendar Mapping
   Assign the approved content to the agreed publishing date and time

3. Platform Upload
   Upload the approved asset to the selected social-media platform
   Output: Included in final deliverable

4. Caption Entry
   Insert the approved caption, hashtags, CTA and applicable link
   Output: Included in final deliverable

5. Publishing Metadata
   Apply supplied tags, location, cover image and other supported metadata

6. Pre-Publish QA
   Check the asset, caption, platform, date, time, links and tags

7. Scheduling / Publishing
   Schedule or publish the content through the available platform tools

8. Post-Publish Verification
   Confirm that the content is publicly visible and displayed correctly

9. Publishing Error Correction
