Language Requirement: Native or Professional Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (Written and Spoken) is Mandatory.
Understand creative briefs, campaign objectives, target audiences and communication goals before editing begins so that every video supports the intended marketing message.
Organise raw footage, project assets and supporting materials into a structured editing workflow so that production remains efficient throughout the project.
Edit podcasts, short-form videos, brand films and commercial content into clear, engaging and platform-ready deliverables.
Apply pacing, sequencing, music, sound design and visual storytelling techniques to improve viewer engagement and message clarity.
Produce subtitles, colour correction, basic motion graphics and audio enhancements to deliver polished final outputs.
Adapt video formats, durations and editing styles for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Work with strategists, copywriters, designers and project teams to align edits with campaign objectives and incorporate constructive feedback.
Organise project files, editing assets and version histories so that projects remain structured, accessible and ready for future revisions.
Verify completed edits against project briefs, technical specifications and quality standards before final delivery.
Apply feedback and campaign performance insights to continuously improve editing quality, storytelling and production efficiency.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Familiar with Adobe After Effects for basic motion graphics.
Understanding of colour grading, audio editing and subtitle production.
Good understanding of short-form content, pacing and audience retention.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve editing workflows and productivity.
