Plan campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets and tracking requirements so that campaigns are aligned with marketing objectives.
Launch and manage advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn according to campaign strategies and platform best practices.
Monitor campaign performance by tracking key metrics, audience behaviour and conversion data throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Analyse campaign results, marketing data and performance trends to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
Test creatives, messaging, audiences and campaign settings through structured experimentation to improve marketing performance over time.
Work with strategists, copywriters, designers and video editors to recommend creative improvements based on campaign insights.
Prepare campaign reports by summarising performance, explaining key findings and recommending practical next steps for clients and internal teams.
Maintain campaign documentation, tracking systems and reporting dashboards to ensure performance data remains organised and accessible.
Apply campaign learnings, customer insights and performance data to continuously improve future marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Understanding of digital marketing funnels, customer journeys and campaign objectives.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills with confidence working with spreadsheets and marketing reports.
Comfortable using AI tools to support research, reporting and campaign optimisation.
